Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Meeboo Solutions ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and only collect what we need to make your order.

Who we are

What we collect

Your order details: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you need and your description of the job.
Files you upload: drawings, logos, design files and similar (up to 20MB per order).
Jersey rosters: only what is printed on the jerseys (name or nickname, number and size). If you send details about other people, such as team members, please make sure they are happy for you to share them. For players under 18, the roster should come from a parent, guardian, coach or team organiser.
Order history: status updates, notes and progress photos of your work that we add while making your order, plus the quote.
Your choice about our portfolio: whether you allow us to show photos of the finished work (off unless you tick the box).
Technical information: your IP address is used briefly to block spam and abuse (security check and rate limiting). We don't store it with your order.

Why we use it

To review your request, give you a quote, make your order and hand it over to you. This is necessary to carry out the order you asked for.
To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email.
To protect the website from spam and misuse.
To keep business and accounting records that we are required to keep.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or send marketing messages.

Your private order link

After you place an order you get a private link to follow its progress. Anyone who has the link can see your order, so please don't share it publicly. If you think someone else has it, contact us.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run this website and our business, under their own data protection terms:

Cloudflare hosts the website, database and uploaded files, runs the anti-spam check, and sends our order emails.
Google (Google Drive and Gmail) stores our archived order records and receives our staff notifications.

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example under a court order.

These providers may process information on servers outside the Maldives. They use contractual safeguards for such transfers (such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

Uploaded files and progress photos stay on this website while your order is in progress. After it is finished, we save a copy to our private Google Drive archive and remove them from the website.
Order records (name, contact details, what was ordered, price and dates) are kept for as long as we need them for our business and accounting records.
You can ask us to delete your information earlier. We'll do so unless we have to keep it by law (for example, for accounting).

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct anything that is wrong;
delete your information (unless we must keep it by law);
stop using photos of your work in our portfolio at any time.

Contact us using the details above. We'll reply within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use what it needs to tell people from bots. Staff who sign in to manage orders get a login cookie. Because these are strictly necessary, we don't ask for cookie consent.

Security

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only our staff can sign in to see orders, each with their own account. Uploaded files are only available through your private link or to signed-in staff.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
